Cancellations:
Since all merchandise is made according to the customer's choice of fabric and color, cancellations cannot be accepted after the material has been cut. In addition, cancellations on stock programs will not be accepted once the item has been shipped.
 
Service & Repairs:
Please contact our service department regarding any service claims. Authorization must come from the factory for all merchandise to be returned. After authorization the retail store will arrange for all merchandise pick-ups. The factory will return the repaired furniture to the designated destination. Collect shipments will be refused. Paperwork including retail store, customer name, customer address, original purchase order, original purchase order date and damage description must be included in return in order for piece to be repaired. Claims for credit relating to repairs done outside the factory will not be honored.
 
Freight Damages:
All claims for freight damages must be made directly with the delivering carrier. We will give all possible cooperation in the collection of freight claims.
 
Product Returns:
Hiatt Furniture only accepts returns due to manufacturer defects or manufacturer order fulfillment errors. If for any reason a return must be made, it must be pre-authorized by Hiatt Furniture's customer service. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number. Please detail the following information when contacting customer service for a return authorization number: customer name, invoice number and nature of the problem. No claims will be accepted after 30 days from the invoicing date. All merchandise must be in its original condition and packing with the RA number written clearly on the packaging. Returns willl be subject to a 20% restocking fee. We cannot credit your account for merchandise damaged during the return shipping process. All claims for damage or loss must be filed with the delivery carrier. Hiatt Furniture assumes no responsibility for merchandise lost or damaged in transit.
 
Down & Feather Upgrade:
We use only the best for our down upgrade. First, we insert our premium foam core in a zippered cotton cover, channeled to make it fell like a duvet. For the perfect seat, we carefully blend the duck down with feathers for luxurious comfort. The blend is balanced at 90% feather and 10% duck down and is also hypo-allergenic. You should know that occasionally you will need to fluff your down cushions.
 
Cushions:
Our standard cushion is an eco-friendly, 1.9 high density, and high resiliency foam core that is wrapped in thick layers of fiber to make them extra comfy. All of our cushions are also hypo-allergenic. Gesundheit!
 
Variations:
Since our master patterns are made to rigid specifications we are unable to vary either the style and size of the frames or the size and quantity of the seat and back cushions.
 
Leather:
Natural variations may cause leather colors to differ slightly. Therefore, we cannot guarantee leather consistencies.
